HP Proactive Care Pack
A proaktív szolgáltatások a HP legújabb szolgáltatásai, melyek igénybe vehetők Proliant és Blade szerver, storage és üzemeltetés-fejlesztés, valamint biztonsági területeken.
A szolgáltatások folyamatosan vehetők igénybe, úgynevezett credit vásárlásával. A creditek 30, 60, 90 illetve 10 pontonként vásárolhatók.

A csomagok HP-s szerződést követően kerülhetnek lehívásra és HP-s munkatársak teljesítik.
